Privacy
The short version: we measure nothing without your consent. What you send us in an inquiry is used only to answer you, and we sell it to nobody. Below is the same thing in the detail GDPR asks for.

Who processes your data
The controller is Rod Technologie s.r.o., registered at Čestice 190, 387 19 Čestice, Czechia, company number 28095669, VAT CZ28095669. Tiskárium Studio is a brand of that same company. Write to info@tiskarium.cz or call +420 731 247 355.
We have no data protection officer, because the law does not require one of us. Data protection questions go straight to the managing director.
What we process, and why

We get all of it from you directly, through the inquiry form, e-mail or the phone. We buy no lists and scrape no public registers.
Cookies and measurement
The site itself needs two items in your browser storage: the record of your privacy choice, without which we would have to ask on every page load, and a per-tab flag that stops the intro animation replaying on every later page. Neither can be switched off, because without them the site would not behave the way you expect.
Everything else loads only after you accept in the banner. Decline and neither the Google Analytics script nor the Meta pixel is fetched, and the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind any time through Privacy settings in the footer.

Google and Meta may process data outside the European Union. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and its adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We pass your data to nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right:
- to access the data we hold about you
- to have inaccurate data corrected
- to erasure, once we no longer have a reason to keep it
- to restriction of processing
- to data portability
- to object to processing
- to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what happened before
Write to info@tiskarium.cz and we will answer within a month. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Changes
If the way we process data changes, we update this page and move the effective date. Where a change touches consent, we ask again.
